Not accepting new clients.
- Late Cancels and No Shows
- Please notify the office within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps keep prices low for clients. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full price of your original appointment. Please remember that this is a small, independent business, and your timely arrival or notification helps keep the business running.
- Late Arrivals
- Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment to allow time to change and prepare for the service. Late clients will receive treatment for the remainder of their session and will need to pay for their originally scheduled time.
- Boundaries
- The client will always choose how much clothing to leave on and where they feel comfortable being massaged, and this can change at any time during the session. If you need the temperature, music, or anything else adjusted, simply let Rachel know. Inappropriate discussions or interactions will not be tolerated.
- Confidentiality
- All conversation and health information in and out of the office will be kept confidential, and any documents will be kept in a locked and secured filing system until they are shredded securely.
- Products
- Lotion used is hypoallergenic and unscented. Sheets are washed after each session.
- Prices
- Prices are updated every four years, to keep up with rising costs of living and services. Sliding scale and student/senior pricing is available for clients without insurance who can't afford full price.
